What we’re about
We get together on weekends to wander around San Francisco, sketching people and places, natural and urban. We usually sketch for 2-3 hours, then sit down in a cafe to share sketches and chat. Sometimes we join up with other sketching groups or do field trips outside the city. Everyone welcome.

## Details
Join the SF Bay Area Nature Journal Club for an Earth Day TrashMob Clean-up and field trip at Seal Point Park in San Mateo, CA.
Be in community to give back to the Earth on Earth Day (or nearish to Earth Day.) We'll start with intros and a warm-up, then head off to Journal. You'll have the choice to participate in a "Trash Mob" to pick up trash and journal the location and items you find. Together, we'll create a consolidated map of our clean-up efforts!
Bring gloves, a trash bag, your nature journal, and something to share for our potluck. We will celebrate Earth Day by joining together to clean up this natural area and leave it more beautiful than we found it.
We'll meet at 10am near the bathrooms at the North of the park, for welcome intros and warm-ups. Then it's off to forage trash while you journal. Mid-day we'll break for a potluck lunch and journal share. In the afternoon we'll continue journaling until 3:30pm, do a final journal share and closing circle, then wrap at 4pm.
