Every Monday at 6 PM, I host an online yoga session from my flat to help you unwind, stretch, and recharge for the week ahead!
I am a certified yoga instructor, and my sessions are designed for all levels, with modifications to suit everyone. The session is a mix of Yin yoga, Hatha yoga, and light mobility training. Expect a mix of breathwork, mindful movement, and relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.
